To ensure a smooth onboarding process and faster access to loads, please have the following documents prepared before getting started with House of X Logistics.

✔️ Active MC Authority Letter (if applicable)
✔️ Certificate of Insurance (COI) – showing required coverage
✔️ W-9 Form (completed and signed)
✔️ Operating Authority (MC/DOT details)
✔️ Driver’s License (Owner Operator / Drivers)
✔️ Vehicle Registration
✔️ Signed Carrier Packet (provided during onboarding)
✔️ Factoring Information (if using a factoring company)
✔️ Void Check (for payment setup, if required)

Optional but Recommended

These are not required but help speed up dispatch and load booking:

✔️ ELD access information (if applicable)
✔️ Equipment photos (truck/trailer)
✔️ Preferred lanes or regions
✔️ Availability schedule

Delays in submitting documents may result in slower onboarding or limited load access. Having everything ready ensures we can activate your dispatch services and begin booking freight as quickly as possible.
